Oil Rigs

As a known oil rig manufacturing company in the UAE, we proudly proclaim that Fabtech has refurbished an appreciable number of land rigs ranging from 1000HP to 3000HP and has been actively associated with restoration of many major off-shores jack-up. At present, we have triumphantly constructed derricks for jack-ups and semi-submersible rigs. The largest being a 3000HP rig for Kuwait Drilling Company. The unit included 8 tank mud system, 49 sub-structure, and generator system, all with API 4F certification.

Jack Up Legs

Fabtech has successfully produced high-quality jack up legs - circular and triangular - and has ensured supply and fabrication of jacking structures on time. Offshore Derricks

It gives immense gratification to state our success in building gobs of bolted single static bottleneck type derrick structure units with maximum static hook load of 970MT. These are built with a special material to handle the harsh environment conditions worldwide and are given finishing touch with its surface coated hot-dip galvanizing. The units are built with multiple trial assemblies to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Fabtech also carries out manufacturing, testing, and delivery of high-pressure piping to 25 offshore derricks.

With a decade long experience as an oil and gas engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company in Dubai, our manufactured land rigs are up and running across the globe.
